Programs

Acro Dance is a combination of acrobatic tricks, jumps, and dance choreography. Students will learn tricks, as well as dance techniques, and how to put it all together for a fun, upbeat routine! This is a high-energy, fun-filled class where students learn safely, and in an encouraging environment.

In the last class students will put on a show with all they have learned! Please note that for safety reasons, hair must be tied back, clothes must be semi-fitted with the ability to be tucked in, and student will be barefoot for the duration of the class. These precautions help to prevent tripping hazards, and faces being covered when tumbling.
