Recreation Program Refund Policy:

Please be aware, once you register for a program, there are no refunds.

If a program is cancelled by the Department (due to low enrollment or other reason), a refund or credit (to be used for a future program) will be issued.

If a program has reached its maximum enrollment and a participant needs to cancel, a refund will only be issued if the space can be filled from someone on a waiting list.

The above instances are the only instances in which a refund or credit will be considered.
