Join us for a hands-on interactive class where you will learn how to craft stunning and delicious boards that will wow guests every single time and be Instagram photo worthy! If you are a cheese lover, have desire to be the hostess with the mostest, or just looking for a fun night out with friends or family, this beginner-friendly workshop is the perfect class to level up your grazing game.
During this workshop you will learn:
- How to style and pair ingredients from a professional
- Basic techniques to make a board just like the pros
- Various cheese cuts, layout methods and meat folds (i.e flowers, fans)
- How to build and elevate your board
Included in cost of class:
- Hands on guided instruction from Neens McQueens, LLC a local woman owned charcuterie company.
- Create your own perfect picture board to enjoy (on an all natural, single use, 10'' Palm Leaf disposable platter).
- Culinary Tools for in-class usage
- Fresh Ingredients (meat, cheese, & accoutrements)
- Tips to recreate your own boards at home
- Small bites to nosh on while creating your board

Recreation Program Refund Policy:
Please be aware, once you register for a program, there are no refunds.
If a program is cancelled by the Department (due to low enrollment or other reason), a refund or credit (to be used for a future program) will be issued.
If a program has reached its maximum enrollment and a participant needs to cancel, a refund will only be issued if the space can be filled from someone on a waiting list.
The above instances are the only instances in which a refund or credit will be considered.
